Cg modelling progress



So its been a while since I last posted. Trying to work a full time job pay some debts and try and build my portfolio is a bit of a challenge. But Ive been working on my CG whenever I can.

Alfresco is coming along, Im at a stage where i can sort out the UV's and then create textures but after watching numerous tutorials I am still no closer to figuring it out.

So ive been polishing up Al as best I can. And I am also going to start making props as often as I can, perhaps a model a day so I can practice and progress.

Tonight I made afew very simple props in relation to Alfresco, only half an hours work at most. I realise to some this may some very slow, but hey, thats the whole point of practice.

Maya Modelling





Hey all,

Its been a while since my last post, there have been other pieces in the works but I havent gotten around to posting them.

Recently I have been working on some Cg work, I want to progress my animation and modelling.

I had a little practice while on my uni course but it was not my main focus. So I have been working from a number of tutorials, and learning the program basically from scratch.

I had a design that I was wanting to realise so I thought I would work on that character. My first attempt ended with a model breaking error. So I started again and after three days work between 10 - 15 hours this is where it stands.
